Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Mandatory Intelligence, LLC builds apps that do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. This is not a default setting you can toggle off — it is how our apps are built. This policy explains what that means in practice for each of our apps.
Who we are
Mandatory Intelligence, LLC is a software company based in the United States. You can reach us at privacy@mandatoryintelligence.com with any privacy-related questions.
MyFit
MyFit is a wardrobe management app. All data you enter — clothing items, photos, outfits, costs, wishlist items — is stored exclusively on your device using your device's local storage. None of it is transmitted to us or any third party.
What MyFit accesses
- Camera — to photograph clothing items. Photos are stored on your device only.
- Photo library — to import existing photos of clothing items, and to save processed photos. Photos are stored on your device only.
Optional AI feature
MyFit includes an optional AI-powered item entry feature. This feature is disabled by default. If you choose to enable it, you must supply your own Anthropic API key in the app's Settings screen. When you use this feature, a description of your clothing item is sent directly from your device to Anthropic's API using your key. Mandatory Intelligence does not receive, store, or have access to this data. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle API requests and can be found at anthropic.com/privacy.
Backup and restore
MyFit includes an optional manual backup feature that exports your data as a file to your device's local storage or Files app. This export is entirely under your control — it goes nowhere unless you choose to share or move it yourself.
Because your data lives only on your device, it is not recoverable by us if you lose, reset, or replace your phone. MyFit's backup feature exists for this reason — we recommend exporting a backup before any phone transition. This is the tradeoff of local-only storage: your data stays private, but its safekeeping is in your hands.
What MyFit does not do
- Collect analytics, usage data, or crash reports
- Contain advertising SDKs or third-party trackers
- Require an account or any personal information to use
- Transmit any data to Mandatory Intelligence servers (we don't have any)
Key dependencies
MyFit is built with React Native and Expo. Key libraries used include:
- expo-image-picker — camera and photo library access (local only)
- expo-file-system — local file storage for backup/restore
- @react-native-async-storage/async-storage — local on-device data storage
- Anthropic API — optional AI feature, requires user-supplied API key
None of these libraries collect or transmit personal data on our behalf.
Don't Touch The Radio
Don't Touch The Radio is a supervised driving practice log for new drivers. All data you enter — drive sessions, hours, notes, milestones — is stored exclusively on your device. None of it is transmitted to us or any third party.
What Don't Touch The Radio accesses
Don't Touch The Radio does not request access to your camera, photo library, location, contacts, or any other device feature beyond basic app functionality. No device permissions are required to use the app.
What Don't Touch The Radio does not do

Key dependencies

No libraries in this app collect or transmit personal data.
Platform data collection
Apple and Google may collect certain platform-level data (such as crash reports and app performance metrics) through iOS and Android respectively, regardless of the apps installed. This data collection is governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies, not ours. We do not receive or have access to this data.
Children's privacy
Don't Touch The Radio is designed for use by teenagers learning to drive. Neither app collects any personal information from users of any age. There is nothing to collect.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how our apps handle data in a meaningful way, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Given how our apps are built, significant changes are unlikely.
